CANCELLATION POLICY

Katie requires a 50% deposit for all services. The deposit is not refundable. The remaining balance will be due at the end of your appointment. In the event that you would need to cancel or reschedule a reserved appointment, Katie requires 2 day notice. If an appointment is cancelled within 2 days of the appointment time, the reserved credit card will be charged the remainder of the service scheduled. No exceptions. No shows will also be charged the remainder of the service booked.
