CANCELLATION POLICY

A deposit is due at time of booking for all services and goes toward the total. The deposit is not refundable. The remaining balance will be due at the end of your appointment. In the event that you would need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I require a 2 or more day’s notice. If an appointment is cancelled within 2 days of the appointment time, the reserved card will be charged the remainder of the service scheduled. No exceptions. No shows will also be charged. If you are a no-show, or cancel within 2 days of your appointment, you will not be able to reschedule until your balance is paid.
